I feel like I have been racially profiled. I have never been asked to provide the last four digits of my SSN when withdrawing cash but the Oakwood branch teller asked me to provide it so she can be sure it was me even after giving her my driver license and member number.
This place has no loan officer. Go elsewhere. The tellers have no idea what to do. I’ve now spent 4 hours here just trying to sell my vehicle to the buyers who are apart of this credit union. Absolutely ridiculous. They won’t do any e-signatures so all parties involved have to be present. Like I said, avoid this place. Been here for 4 hours and they’ve said “5” more minutes 25 times.
My biggest complaint is that the credit card they issued to both my wife and myself constantly get hacked when we use it for normal purchases. Then we are waiting on new ones to get issued. Why is this card not better secured if we give it a pin number.
