Any checking account problem is almost impossible to get fixed with these guys! Around every 6 months I have a simple problem that they struggle to fix. This is the last time! I plan to switch to another bank.
I have been with this bank now for 7 years. They are the most friendly people on the planet. They make sure you’re well taken care of!!!
I've been a member since 2019, almost every time I've tried to use their main ATM, it hasn't been working . I'm complain just as others have. I've taken it a step further. I've called corporate and tried to figure out what was going on. Well they sent me right back to the dawsonville branch.
