The tellers were extremely rude and not helpful. withdrew money from this location 2 weeks ago and now they say they aren't part of the coop anymore. Very bad experience!
This branch is so helpful, and they have great staff who remembers you.
Had a car loan with them and sold that car but they charged me a $5 "monthly inactive account fee". Such a scam. Avoid this bank at all costs. You need to fill out a close account form for it to stop too. They make it such a pain to close out.
Somehow I have a account with them that I never set up and never in my life set foot in a branch a d when I call to cancel the account in my name they say they need my ID. The branch is soo far away from my home. Someone has some explaining to do
