I was a client here for a short time 2 sessions that was difficult to connect with on Zoom every week so frustrating and aggravating!!!!!! had issues with appointments they set up appointments but every week there was a problem with connecting with the assigned counselor extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They lady who answers the calls at the front desk lied on me as well to the counselor I was assigned to because I decided not to continue with this organization . 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I was a prospective new client, I called for an appointment and was told that they need to contact my insurance for coverage first and I’ll be called the next day. Two days later I called back and was told by a lady that she wasn’t in yesterday that she will call today and get back to me the next day. It’s been over a week since I initially called and still have not received a callback. Very unprofessional
