I made an appointment because I lost my sense of smell (before COVID) and Dr. Richards didn't address the issue. Instead, she ordered a sleep study and put me on a CPAP. Years later I found out that my loss of smell was from a cancerous tumor that was affected by thyroid cancer. After the tumor was removed my sense of smell was restored. She put me on a CPAP for no reason other than a money grab AND put my life at risk.
I scheduled an appointment roughly a month ago, specifically asking if the Dr. did Nexus letters for the VA. The answer was YES! Since I was on a 90 day appeal window to reply to the VA this worked out perfectly. At 4:30 in the evening, the day prior to the appointment I received a call from this office stating the doctor does not do Nexus letters and my appointment was being cancelled.
