This place took me in on an emergency a few wks ago and I saw Sarah Cross she was very professional, and nice putting me on a antibiotic all good there.....then I was scheduled to see Dr. Phillips which he was kind and had a good bed side manner. Only thing is my appt was scheduled for 1:20 and did not see him until 2:35. I understand that doctors get backed up...but I do find this a bit much. Terrible receptionist and client service. Be sure to pay all your deductibles and residual balances as the receptionist will tell the lobby patients that you have a $4.72 balance from your last visit and refuse to sign you in unless you pay it upfront. LOL - are we that desperate! This is an exercise that would easily be remedied if you had proficient staff to handle this at visit exist while scheduling the next appointment.
