RecommendedYesterday I experience the worse Pain I’ve ever felt , my ears were hurting so bad I couldn’t stand the pain, thankfully I called Associated coastal ENT they took me in right away . I saw Dr. Richards, who was so kind, she knew right away it was an ear infection. She did some procedures there & have me pain medicine, antibiotics & ear drops. Great staff and great Doctors.
They only take new patients at 3 pm which is not conducive to my daughter's schedule. They claim it takes 2 hours for them to call in scripts but NEVER called my daughters in at all. If you call for help you get transferred to a nurse whose voicemail says to leave a message and they will get back to you by the end of the day which could be 8 hours later! My pediatrician will no longer be referring patients here.
My 9 year old managed to get a bead lodged in her ear right up against her ear drum. Coastal ENT in Ft Pierce was able to provide me with a same day appointment. Dr Jesse Phillips was absolutely amazing in not only getting the bead out but in working together with a 9 year old child to keep her calm and engaged in removing the bead. He made sure she understood it was a team effort between Dr and patient and she had complete trust in him. Dr Michelle Richards is amazing. My daughter has been a patient since she was 18 months old and is now 15. We haven't had to go in which is good but we miss her. She has always always been there for us and fit us in when needed. No question or concerns unanswered. Even last minute, not knowing what was wrong visits that turned out to be dental issue.
I have a had many BAD experiences with Dr .Erin and Jessica made me very comfortable and felt very good to not be treated bad best treatment I have ever had ✌✌✌💛💕ps thanks 4 helping me 👂 again on phone after 20 years much respect MELONIE
