I cannot believe the lack of professionalism in this clinic. Is anybody here really even licensed professionals? Or did everyone get their license from a Walmart parking lot? I HIGHLY advise anyone seeking an evaluation for their child to go ELSEWHERE. This facility bases reports and recommendations solely off of “he said, she said,” while failing to make sure the words spoken are factual and true. The providers in this office giving the psych exams are biased and downright ignorant. Seriously, just go somewhere else.
I highly recommend this practice. I needed some last minute testing and assessments done for my elementary-age daughters to submit to their school. Thankfully, Dr. Megan Carter was able to squeeze them in on short notice. She extremely professional and knowledgeable, and made the kids feel comfortable so they could do their best. Dr. Carter understood our goals, and the assessment report she provided us was insightful, and thoughtfully written. I would give six stars if I could.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Megan Carter in the Manassas office. She was so kind, patient, and really took the time to make me feel understood throughout the testing process. It made such a difference. And Cara at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! She went out of her way to help with scheduling and questions, and was always so warm and welcoming. You can tell she really cares. I’m so grateful I found this office — truly an amazing team!
We’ve had such a positive experience at this clinic. The psychologist is friendly and approachable, while Dr. Henley is refreshingly straightforward and professional. Jane, the admin, has been amazing, instrumental in getting us set up…so helpful, organized, and genuinely caring. She made the whole process feel easy and supported. We truly feel in great hands here and would highly recommend this team!
A positive experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and I've found my sessions to be incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
