When my son was three years old, the Early Childhood Early Intervention program in Texas suggested that he might have autism. I was asked to do 3 months of therapy for an accommodation letter. After 5 months I asked for updates. The therapist said she was taking me off the schedule and hung up the phone on me. I just feel two parties should have good coms with each other than clear expectations. This didn't happen.
Never answers phone or email. Have tried while their offices are “open” and have never gotten a reply unless it’s to my email 4 days later.
