I have been here numerous times and it has always been a good experience. I set up my appointment on line, check in with my phone when I arrive. They are always on time or early for my appointment. The staff is polite and professional and they treat me with respect.
Come on people what do you want Wine and Cheese while you get bloodwork done? Maybe some Caviar and Grey Poupon? It's a lab, they take a few vials and then you are on your way! Better yet, stop coming there and the rest of us have faster service. Been going there 10 years and never had an issue!
This place is a joke, go anywhere, but here to have blood work done. Besides the staff being very rude, the system they use somehow never works to bring up your orders that the doctors send over, and if you have a hard copy of your orders, there is a good chance they will be ordered incorrectly. I am not one to write bad reviews, but everytime I have gone here, I have the same issues and I want others to know as well. Go anywhere but here if you would like good service.
