Was blessed to be taken immediately as a last minute walk in. I was am a VERY difficult stick for blood work but the ladies there were very reassuring and patient. To management: please be sure to thank the ladies working on 10/16/24 a special thank you!!
No one is at the desk to meet you or check you in. They make you use a stupid computer and then you have to wait for then to come get you. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and won’t be coming back here ever again
Was told by my surgeon that I have an appointment and to be there between 8-9AM and I was here by 8:30Am and I’m still waiting to get bloodwork done. Their computer told me I didn’t have an appointment even tho my surgeon made me one. I don’t recommend this place at all for lab work. First off you have to check yourself in they don’t have anyone to check you in. Terrible service. I had an appointment. They made me wait and then turned me away and said there wasn't enough time anymore.
Lab tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Facility was well lit and clean.
