Even with an appointment wait times are slow ... On top of not returning calls for days
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Place! No management whatsoever! You are greeted with a closed window, and a sign that says sign in! You can't talk to anyone about anything at all! An elderly lady with samples to drop off stood in the lobby for almost an hour to be told to sign in!! She was in tears, because she didn't know how to use the tablet! Luckily another patient stood up and asked if she needed help, and now a random person has her name, number, and insurance information! My elderly mom is at assisted living. She had blood drawn in a somewhat emergency situation. The nurse at the assisted living asked me if I could take the sample over to ACL since it needed to be there within 45 minutes and they had other emergencies to tend to. The samples were in tubes, in a sealed bag with all the information. When I arrived at the ACL, no one was at the window. I did not sign in at the Kiosk since I was just dropping something off.
