I can understand why some people struggle with this place especially with the self check-in. Yes, there is no receptionist. Instead there is a self check in. For younger people, it's fine. But for the old schoolers, it's a nightmare. As for the personnel, some could use some customer service experience or training because it just seems like the phlebotomists have zero patience or have an unfriendly face on . Fortunately for me this is not my first time having blood drawn so idc. At least they know what they are doing.
I walked in a little after 7:00 this morning and they scheduled me for 8:40. I tried to fix it, but the sign in tablet keeps blurting out my appointment. There was three people that showed up after me that got taken care of before me. I asked one of the staff members if she can help me with it and she raised her voice at me. I told her to cancel it and walked out. I don't know who is her relative that got her employed, but she was unprofessional.
Does not give full information regarding drops offs for testing. When you show up they talk to you like you should of known even though they didnt do their job to explain the process. Extremely rude and ignorant staff.
