Now before I begin my visit to this place was good both times. Tracy was caring and very good. 5 stars to this local office on Meadville. For these items is why my rating is low only.ACL. Is actually Quest Labratory. . The app MY QUEST is useless and calling into Quest Diognostic Corp customer service proved useless as well. When I got to this ACL, I checked in and sat down. Within just a couple minutes I was called back. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was knowledgeable and kind. She asked which arm to use and did as I asked. I also asked for a butterfly needle and that’s what she did. She listened to the patient. That is rare. I would highly recommend this location for fast and courteous service.
If you schedule ahead of time service is mostly on time. The person who did my blood work was nice, gentle and accurate. Painless visit! UPDATE—8.19.25 Most recently, not so friendly & not so painless, but still a good place to get necessary services. Currently under renovations; wait-times seem to be longer with lots of people sitting, standing, waiting for their scheduled turn. And only one person drawing bloodwork. I know there's some bad reviews. But my experience was amazing. As amazing as getting blood work can be. I made an appointment online. I had my doctor send the blood work to this lab and it took 10 minutes. And it only cost me $25! I've had blood work cost me almost $1,000 before so I'm ecstatic
