I schedule ahead to ensure I can get in and out quickly before work. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Plenty of parking.
Upon entering the buildin,You receive 0 customer service, thier is nobody to help you. Just a kiosk for you to check in no with no further information explaining to you that walk ins are to be waiting until they get done with their scheduled appointments. Quest diagnostics policy is that they work they're walk in's with their schedule which obviously does not happen here some poor older Gentlemen was waiting for over 2 hours before they saw him and my wife now is almost been waiting 2 hours and she is ready to go to the bath... read more
Great service. I make my appointments online, once im there i checkin on my phone. Before I enter the building they are waiting to call me back for my appointment. Friendly and efficient. I will go no where else
Now before I begin my visit to this place was good both times. Tracy was caring and very good. 5 stars to this local office on Meadville. For these items is why my rating is low only.ACL. Is actually Quest Labratory. . The app MY QUEST is useless and calling into Quest Diognostic Corp customer service proved useless as well. Can't get my lab results can't call the local office and customer service says the website and the app are having issues. I could never log into the app. It always says my information is not known.
