The tech actually refused my order bc it was signed by the office's official head nurse. The doctor Must sign only!!! Still waiting a week later for taking my B12 shot......
Been waiting over an hour on standby, they are over 15 min ahead and they refuse to take me. When I asked they were snappy and disrespectful.they got up to half hour ahead and still waited for everyone and emptywaiting room and I'm still waiting. In the past they have tried to charge me 300.00 cash,which is against the law and I had to inform themthat it was against the law for them to give me a financial assistance form.which is the only thing there aloud to do. Pleasant staff and was in and out quickly mid morning
Scheduled an appointment for 6:50am for my son so he would be able to get his blood work before school. We sat there for over 45 minutes past his appointment time. Missing his bus for school. Why make people make appointments if they are not going to follow them in an even remotely reasonable time frame.
