Honestly good
I come here for my annual blood test. The staff is always friendly. They help make the process quick and easy.
Highly disappointed with staff. My daughter went to get blood work done and staff worker was incredibly rude to her and her mother and mocked my child for crying. Handlebar mustache guy specifically. Don’t let him around children.
Absolutely horrible experience here for first time blood work for my young daughter. Staff were more worried and complained about being late for lunch in front of us as my daughter was crying and scared. Our appointment was at 1pm and they closed at 2:30pm so I find it hard to believe he was “late for lunch” an hour and a half before closing. Zero compassion.
