My favorite title company for closing and for construction escrow. Communication is amazing, service is top notch!
This closing has been one disaster after another. After the closing was pushed back a month, we were finally able to close. (I don't believe the delay was the fault of Allied Capital Title.) During closing, my husband had all the paperwork signed, and it took the ACT staff over an hour to find the deposit from the buyer. LaTonia was wonderful! Personally spent time with the Buyer explaining all the documents- first home for the Buyer and Latonia calmed all her fears ! I was representing the seller and appreciated her help!
