Require you to purchase an ADDITIONAL year if you want to make any changes to employer information. I went to edit my employer info and renew, it made me renew first, when I go to edit my employers it says RENEW NOW. So after you've already purchased their membership they hold out on a basic function that their competitors will happily provide, behind an additional purchase. I've been with these providers for some time, not sure when they shifted gears to such tactics, but its BEYOND scummy. Stay away!
