Terrible unresponsive website for a car loan! Cannot set up autopay for a specific day or an overpayment, cannot see upcoming payments, does not work with the app, and crashes most of the time. 0 stars if I could.
Their webapp isn't amazing, but besides that I've never had any issues with this company.
I canceled my account after they closed the location in my area in 2020. I had been with them almost 30 years. Three weeks ago I received a collection notice for$123.97. In 2020 there was an automatic apple charge of $0.99 overdraft on my closed account. I have never received any notification until the collection company contacted me three weeks ago. after years of submitting suggestions to remedy issues with online banking and the app (with no followup), I have to come here to give a negative review. I've had an acct here for decades, and while I have found people friendly, the tech does not work well. There is no reason in 2024 for large financial institutions to fail basic functions of banking.
