The bank is great. They parking garage is a criminal enterprise. I go to the bank drive through several times a week for years. All of a sudden the parking garage gives me a ticket even though I have never ever entered their facility. Ever. So beware of the parking garage and their attempted extortion of bank patrons.
I went in the other day and I get “helped” I guess you can’t do money exchange with an account, why??!?!?! You can change change into cash so why not euro’s into US dollars. 2 stars just because there were cute dog photos
Not the best bank. Not the best customer service. Ongoing inconsistencies with online banking.
Don't bank with Associated Bank. They lie and steal your money by double charging or double dipping into your money. They are scamming people.
