Very disappointed. I went there to take out money to pay my rent, but they could not give me my money because they said they didn’t have it available. This was very frustrating because I needed the money for an important payment. I expected the bank to be able to provide my funds when I came in. The experience was inconvenient and disappointing.
After being a customer of associated bank for 25 yrs I think I may have to part ways unfortunately. In August I purchased something from what ended up being a fraudulent website. After months of emails and not receiving my product I contacted the dispute center to get my money back. My money was put back in my account that day, but soon and after was taken out again because they favored the merchant and said they delivered my item. Very bad experience. I went for blank checks because I urgently needed to make some payments. I needed 3 for different payments, but they denied me the other two even though I have a checking account with them. 20 year having the account.
