Overall a very poor banking experience. I used to have my personal accounts with them, but couldn't tolerate it and finally switched those. Unfortunately have had my mortgage with them for over 10 years. I've never met a bank that makes it so difficult to pay. I set up autopay ten years ago. I've now wanted to change that to two separate transactions... apparently a banking establishment can't handle that request. It's too complex for associated bank to take two payments per month. I love this bank and the people there. I love that I can actually call the phone number and talk to a HUMAN. I also like that they appreciate and often acknowledge my many years of being their customer. I loved to hear “Ms. Ries we do appreciate your many years of being our customer. Let me have this fee waved for you.” THAT is customer service. There are a little hiccups (like someone not being available 24/7), but worth the inconvenience for the personal and friendly service.
I informed the teller inside that the ATM outside wasn’t working properly. I tried to make a small deposit, and on four separate occasions, the ATM counted the cash incorrectly. When I went inside to complete the deposit and mentioned the issue, the teller showed zero concern and acted as if the problem was my fault instead of the machine’s. Moved my whole business banking here. Beware and read the fine print. Terrible bank and experience. Highly regretting my decision.
They "quietly" did an upgrade earlier this week. Their banking app will not work on my phone. Anyone else have this happen?
