Associated Bank has been great! The app is excellent. My direct deposits are always 3 days early! While I do most of my banking online, they have very nice personal bankers when I've needed them.
Not very good, customer service sucks!! Watch out, I made my car payment 3 days ago and it was on my transaction history then a couple days later it was gone on my transaction history so they tried to charge me 2 times!! They probably get rich off ripping people off!!! Watch your account everyday!!
Great bank for daily banking. Used them for 5 years Horrible for mortage loans!!!!!!! Do not go to this location or any associated bank for home mortage loans!!!! This is your warning I’m sure me being self employed made paperwork harder but they had no idea what they were doing at all.. First Lady was jacked up on coffee and rushed me like she was late for a wedding then resigned the same night she took all my information , second had no idea what she was doing and made things even worse.
