Actively hostile customer experience and I'm not talking about the tellers. I'm talking about the leadership and software. If you use any budgeting or financial apps they will not work with associated accounts. I have had money stolen from my account twice by someone who had our routing number and account number. The second time basically had to have been an associated employee as the account was newly made by associated and no one could have had the info. They rely on FDIC rather than providing modern security.
Inside they are friendly, but they do not answer their phone. I called 11 times today during the course of an hour and a half. I live 44 blocks away, 88 blocks round trip. I wanted to purchase a sizeable CD. (I already have 2 with them) All I wanted to do was make sure the percentage yield was the same as my Google searches were telling me. Everyone’s gone before 5pm. Needed to make a deposit and the bank was empty everyone walking out by 4:58. Please update your open hours.
