Inside they are friendly, but they do not answer their phone. I called 11 times today during the course of an hour and a half. I live 44 blocks away, 88 blocks round trip. I wanted to purchase a sizeable CD. (I already have 2 with them) All I wanted to do was make sure the percentage yield was the same as my Google searches were telling me. Everyone’s gone before 5pm. Needed to make a deposit and the bank was empty everyone walking out by 4:58. Please update your open hours.
Not very good, customer service sucks!! Watch out, I made my car payment 3 days ago and it was on my transaction history then a couple days later it was gone on my transaction history so they tried to charge me 2 times!! They probably get rich off ripping people off!!! Watch your account everyday!! They dont answer the phone when there is 5 people working with nobody but still doesn't want to answer!!
