I took my daughter to this branch a week before her 18th birthday. I don’t bank here but it’s the closest bank near my home and I wanted to take cash off my card and so did my daughter because I was purchasing her first car. The teller acknowledged us, but didn’t offer us help. She walked away from the counter, stated that she’d be back to help but never returned. There have been few changes in this location none to the best it's getting worse waiting time are longer staff and bankers are getting worse and do not know what they are talking about.if you must stay with this Bank go to a different location
Amazing experience. Personable branch manager was a joy to work with.
40 MINUTES IN-PERSON JUST TO CHANGE MY BENEFICIARY. Plus 12 minutes more making me wait in the lobby while the banker made copies, talked to all the tellers, and went to the back room for something. 52 minutes total. Also the paperwork at her desk seemed to be more important than a live customer waiting in the lobby, with an appointment. And I think she may have been sick because she would cough every few minutes without covering her mouth. Not a pleasant experience.
This is the slowest Bank I've ever been to in my life I will never come back to this location
