Use this branch when I need direct services after we moved into the city 4 years ago. Tellers are always pleasant and helpful.
Just FYI if you open an HSA with this bank- they deduct a fee from your account every month to maintain the account. Even if you have multiple other accounts and a mortgage with them. Even despite the high cost of healthcare already. I was not told about that when I went to sign up and it’s not clearly written when you research the service on their webpage. I took my daughter to this branch a week before her 18th birthday. I don’t bank here but it’s the closest bank near my home and I wanted to take cash off my card and so did my daughter because I was purchasing her first car. The teller acknowledged us, but didn’t offer us help. She walked away from the counter, stated that she’d be back to help but never returned. There have been few changes in this location none to the best it's getting worse waiting time are longer staff and bankers are getting worse and do not know what they are talking about.if you must stay with this Bank go to a different location
