I went into this location to deposit some savings bonds. This process is laborious and difficult. Sommer the branch manager was so helpful to the teller assisting me, while also answering the phone, assisting people in line and handling a couple angsty customers. It was nonstop polite customer service. Just wanted to give her a shoutout!
Teller manger was unsure of how to tell me to get money transferred from one bank to another. She left me ans went took care of a drive thru customer and came back to me.
Wonderful Employees!!
Very poor service. Rarely answer phone calls back/return messages etc. Made multiple mistakes and spent several days attempting to make a simple transaction. Save your time and go elsewhere.
