Waiting in the lobby for help with a stolen wallet, and both managers feel the need to talk excessively loud back and forth from office to office about things clearly not related to work. Professionalism needs to go up a few notches, customer service is clearly not a number one priority. Joanne Becker was one of the employees. We won't be returning to this branch.
