Nakia lied to me to meet her quota of new accounts. I must say that she is good at being persuasive. I trusted that she meant well. Months later though, the ugly truth comes out. No solutions were offered, the friendly disposition was out of the door. She was rude, she hung the phone up on me when I asked if there was anything that we could do. It's sad. Everyone else seems great here, then again I haven't had as much interaction with them. Nakia gives this company a bad name.
