Needs Improvement There is much good at this bank, but there is also lots of room for improvement. Errors are often made and a letter of correction to our account will arrive a few days after making a deposit. That being said, we have had accounts there for a over a decade and the staff is wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Service is quick.
Bad Bank I don't like to give a bad review - but this is a warning I heard about. After having a 30 year mortgage at this bank, a relative had them try to charge a late fee that was 5 years old. Saying that five years earlier they were late payint the mortgage six times. They are getting to the end of paying off the mortgage and when notified of this extra fee the customer was treated rudely and actually told their own customer they were lying and had to bring in the mortgage coupon they were reading from to prove they were ... read more
