I've been banking at this branch for a while, and I can't say enough good things about the team. The four women who work here are truly the best! They're always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping their customers. Every visit is a positive experience. Friendly and courteous. The most pleasant service experience I ever had at a bank.
Great customer service being closed at 4, even 5. People work you would think at least stay open to 6pm. But maybe not in Mn since most people want to live of government and have free time durning the day.
THEY REFUSE TO CLOSE CDs OVER THE PHONE. WHAT A JOKE OF A BANK.
