Never really had an issue till my most recent visit. One person working drive thru well other stood around. The line in drive wrapped around the building

Stopped in here to try and open a personal bank account and talk with them about a business account. Got told I would have to schedule an appointment and it may be a week or two out. I asked about anything after 4:30 and was told it’s not possible along with Saturday’s can’t schedule either. They tried to push online setup with use but we had a lot of questions since the different accounts online didn’t make much sense. We just ended up going to another bank brand and are very happy.
I have been a customer of Associated Bank for over five years, and they have consistently provided exceptional assistance whenever I have required it. The staff members have always been courteous, kind, and friendly. Having interacted with numerous banks throughout my life, I can confidently say that I would not consider switching to any other institution, as they simply do not measure up to the standards of Associated Bank.
