Its been my bank for 20 plus yrs with not much of a problem.
Tellers and personal bankers are all helpful and friendly. Solid branch of Associated Bank. Easy parking and drive through.
very helpful and friendly tellers. helped me setup online mobile stuff. associated used to get a bad rep but these bankers i trust with my wages
It took me 20 minutes to make a cash withdrawal from the drive up window. The teller gave his attention to the other customers the majority of the time, and sent me the wrong form 3 times before getting it correct. Both of the tellers I spoke with barely spoke any english. This experience is completely atypical of associated, but I know I'm not going to use this location again.
