They never answer calls whatsoever
This bank serves my purposes very well! I had a low-balance personal checking account there just to get laundry quarters easily, and they've always been lovely to work with and never tried to sell me additional services I didn't need. James Plutchak was very helpful when I opened my account and was considering whether a safety deposit box made sense at the time.
