By far the most unorganized associated bank branch. Don’t waste your time going into branch they say they did it and 5 days later it’s still not completed. Then to clean up the mess. You have to call the customer care team and be on hold for 20 plus mins. Then to fix the issue they did not complete the wanna charge you 35 dollars to fix the issue. Was able to get one issue fixed but the other not. Then they will charge you an overdraft fee of 34.00. Worst bank in the mid west. Banked with them for 10 plus years and have had ... read more
