I like everyone at the branch at WestTowne which is why I have stayed. However, I lost not one but 2 disputes and I can PROVE I wasn’t in the same state the atm withdrawals happened but because they are theft committed by a former member of my family I ate 800 bucks
All was good for 17 years, until I decided to move out of state. Closing both my business and personal accounts was a drawn out process. I am still trying nearly 3 months later, with exorbitant fees of $100s of dollars. I would recommend moving your accounts prior to moving out of state.
Had over 500 dollars stolen from my account after my debit card was stolen and lost the dispute. Foh, not banking somewhere where my money is not safe. Total garbage.
Employees are friendly but not professional. Last 9 months I have same issue they never solve same day. I remember 1 years ago they did very good.I have ira account only need to diposed every three months same process only difference amount but every time they never solve same day. I have only one day off a please give me solutions.
