I almost never write a review on here, but this branch sent us a green envelope with a christmas tree stamp and my name handwritten as if it was from a niece or nephew and we almost put it under the Christmas tree, only to discover that it was soliciting an account opening. I can't say much else the choose UWCU over this deceptive faff, because these types of decisions often reflect other ways management approaches things.
Banked with them for 15 years. Have been screwed over by them multiple times, even when closing my account and going to another bank, they managed to screw me over once again and charge me all kinds of fees without my knowledge. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
