I had a very disappointing experience opening an account for my daughter’s child support payments at this bank. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently because of my race. Jordan’s attitude toward me came across as dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The check that I came in with was a government check and wouldn’t deposit it for just her reason but the bank down the street Busey was able to open an account and verified the check with no issues. The tellers at the bank are very well trained and know their banking business.
I like my bank but I just sat and called my bank 7 times and NO ONE answered. Very frustrating. It’s 4 o’clock there’s no reason they shouldn’t answer.
