This branch has went down hill and fast. Poor customer service, they don’t greet you when you walk in, the guy branch manager is rude, doesn’t seem to be involved with staff or customers, I always feel like I’m bothering him, he doesn’t have time for me, or my grandmother, never knows how to answer any questions or resolve them. The branch manager before was a woman, very outgoing, went out of her way to help, I believe her name was Tania but she’s not there anymore and you can tell. Everybody is gone now. Michelle was great customer service was excellent the reviews scared me but now I feel much better with banking with this bank
blonde older lady made me feel uncomfortable asking to much information while cashing a check finally i had enough and told her its none of her business and to give me everything back ill go to a different location. the proceeded to tell me its all her business and gave me the check back with a karen smile
