June 12th, 1016....Bad customer service. My wife and I tried to deposit a small check via their app with no success. I went to the branch to find out why their app to deposit checks stopped working. It has worked fine for years. A manager took me into his office and we went through the deposit process together. It didn't work so he called his tech support. I want to say thank you to Gwen, Beth and Raiyan who were working today, they helped me a lot and had a lot of patience today with the Treasury’s confusing ibond redemption process and paperwork!
Poor customer service, would not recommend banking here.
This branch has went down hill and fast. Poor customer service, they don’t greet you when you walk in, the guy branch manager is rude, doesn’t seem to be involved with staff or customers, I always feel like I’m bothering him, he doesn’t have time for me, or my grandmother, never knows how to answer any questions or resolve them.
