I want to say thank you to Gwen, Beth and Raiyan who were working today, they helped me a lot and had a lot of patience today with the Treasury’s confusing ibond redemption process and paperwork!
Poor customer service, would not recommend banking here.
This branch has went down hill and fast. Poor customer service, they don’t greet you when you walk in, the guy branch manager is rude, doesn’t seem to be involved with staff or customers, I always feel like I’m bothering him, he doesn’t have time for me, or my grandmother, never knows how to answer any questions or resolve them. The branch manager before was a woman, very outgoing, went out of her way to help, I believe her name was Tania but she’s not there anymore and you can tell. Everybody is gone now.
