Dalila, the manager is beyond inappropriate. She has repeatedly insinuated that I am a danger to the older family friend I help and care for and even locked him in her office and would not let me in. She has overstepped her position and should be fired. She has beyond insulted the both of us and we had to get our lawyers involved. She repeatedly refused to discuss information openly with the both of us and is a liability to the branch.
Everyone I’ve worked with here is very personable and friendly. I’ve had my personal and business done here and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.
This particular branch decided that even though I had my driver's license that had a photo of me on it and my husband was with me and he had his photo driver's license and he's the other person on the account I had my debit card from the account. They would not allow me to withdraw money from my account I understand the extra security. But denying someone access to their own money when they are standing there with photo identification proving who they are is the dumbest policy in the world and you're going to lose a lot of b... read more
