Everyone who works here is very patient because they do their job wonderfully. They are very kind and respectful, and also very organized. Everyone knows what's going on with their work, they always treat you with respect, and they understand you very well. They know their job well and will show you step by step how to do it and more easily. They speak English and Spanish, so you'll feel very comfortable communicating. Dalila, the manager is beyond inappropriate. She has repeatedly insinuated that I am a danger to the older family friend I help and care for and even locked him in her office and would not let me in. She has overstepped her position and should be fired. She has beyond insulted the both of us and we had to get our lawyers involved. She repeatedly refused to discuss information openly with the both of us and is a liability to the branch.
Everyone I’ve worked with here is very personable and friendly. I’ve had my personal and business done here and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.
