Just closed my account last week. Always understaffed. Had to wait 15 minutes to make a withdrawal and customers behind me in line left without being helped. Most of the employees have the personality of a car crash. If you want to be ignored this is the bank for you.
I have to share all of the professional articulated transactions that I have had with Nina at the Mequon branch. She has been most accommodating always thinking and expressing ways that I can make the best decision regarding where my money should go. Nina always takes care of my requests on a timely manner and I have no doubt that she will excel to the very top at Associated bank!
Always understaffed. Noon on a Wednesday, been waiting in line as they have one teller working drive through and lobby at the same time. Word of advice....drive through gets serviced first
Came in to close an account. Teller checked with supervisor in back and I overheard the supervisor advise the teller to “make me wait”. No employees were out front and I could hear the employees in back chit chatting while I patiently waited out front.
