Came in to get larger bills, I had three different piles to keep separate (mine, my fiancé, and a separate pile). I ended coming out with 5 piles of money, which I don’t know which is which, they also couldn’t tell me which was which. “Must have gotten mixed up” was the response. I did come in at 11:30 am and they close at noon. They told me I should have made an appointment, which I said you can just get what you can for now. Michael Niedermair was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. He called me several times before my scheduled in-person appt and when I offered to call him back (because I was walking in to vote) he said he’d be in appts ALL DAY, it sounds like he didn’t want to “waste his time” following thru with our in person appt.

Very disappointed in this branch and the back office. Arrived early to my 9:30 am appointment for a refinance. Unfortunately the banker i was working with could not contact anyone in the back office so I took matters into my own hands after being told not much they could do. I called and contacted the director of loan services which then got me in touch with the loan officer who the local banker was trying to contact for 40 minutes + that turned into an hour.
