My daughter and I were at the Portage bank on July 8th 2924, we sa Mike for a loan for my daughter , she and I have accounts at this bank. We were treated like we were the dumbest women he knew. He was condescending and rude to us. never asked if we had an account with the bank, offered to get me a credit card to pay off my daughters debt. Great experience with banker Mike Niedermair in the portage location of Associated. We needed a medallion signature, so made an appt. Mike called and wanted to make sure we had all documentation, as it’s a very specific process. We didn’t have all our ducks in a row, so we rescheduled. Upon meeting, there were issues with the forms we had printed out, with which he was very helpful.
