I am here to get a debit card printed I was told by the teller that there was one person ahead of me and I could come back. I decided to wait because they said it would be only about 30 minutes and that they only had only one person that could print a debit card. This is unacceptable for a Saturday.

I am an attorney who needed assistance with printing a document fot a client to sign. Even though my client is a member of this bank, they refused to assist. The next place I called - Blackhawk Community Credit Union - was happy to assist. If you are looking for a traditional full service banking experience in Beloit, I would recommend banking with Blackhawk instead of Associated based on my professional contacts with them today.
I went to this location (3 hours away) for a cashiers check to buy a car local to the area. I opened this account for the sole reason of having a yearly deposit put in at a better foreign exchange rate, which was discussed with the person opening the account (amounts, where its from and so on). The manager lies and says none of my funds are available (which I had already used some that day).
