I purchased a vehicle through Associated from 2000 km away and it has been a great experience. After the bidding on the lot ended I was immediately contacted to be informed I was the high bidder and start the process. Janelle was in constant contact with me and responded very quickly to any inquiries I've had. I have yet to see the car yet but some of the negative reviewers needs to realize that Associated Auto Auction is providing a service.
