Travis works so hard to please clients’ requests. If it can be done, he will do it. I appreciate his efforts to work with me and to make my hearing aids just right! Lovely and pleasant office space and staff.
Got right in. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Dr Travis was patient and kind. Listened to my concerns and was supportive of my concerns
Travis made things happen. My second pair of units. Top notch from Company. Travis is fun to work with , professional and tell it is with no excuses. I would recommend Travis and company. My wife plans to see him this week with hearing problems.
I was nervous about my hearing and Dr Travis made all that go away. He explained the hearing test and the results. I was really pleased with my visit!!!
From making the appointment, to insurance questions, to Megan at the front desk, and my actual appointment with Travis the experience as a new patient was met with ease, friendliness, and attention to detail all the way through.
