Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, caring, respectful, friendly, and helpful. These describe the Dr. and his staff. I accompanied my Mother to her appointment, and we were both so pleased with the way she was treated. I would highly recommend this office.
My husband was very reluctant about this. Dr Travis made him feel comfortable and relax about the procedures of the hearing test. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
Travis was very helpful understanding and patient during the initial evaluation.
Audiologist Travis B Hopkins Williams was very professional and helpful in administering and explaining the results of my hearing exam. He was also very helpful in letting me know what hearing aids would best suit my hearing needs. The office staff were very courteous in getting me ready for the exam and setting up my annual follow up appointment for next year.
