I am 73 years old and finally needed hearing aids to function in daily life. I wear one in each ear and I love being able to hear again. Dr. Laura Flowers was my lucky find in that she is awesome. I continue to enjoy the improved quality of life achieved by my Widex hearing aids and Mdex blue tooth device. It greatly reduces the tinitus, helps me hear and provides safe hands-free driving. Dr. Flowers is awesome with her kindness and professionalism.
I was very pleased with the care and comfort I received. I was given an explaination and understanding of the tests that were being administered and felt very comfortable. They were very professional and a genuine concern for the patient? They were committed to finding answers to the complaint and gave sufficient amount of time with their test and explaination.
I saw Dr Steele for some specific issues and I needed to be certain I was not having a hearing loss or that my condition was not affecting my hearing in any negative way. Dr. Steele was kind and thorough and I got the answers I needed. My husband sees Dr. Erickson also and he tells EVERYONE she is awesome and well worth the drive from Wichita!! We feel priveleged to have Associated to handle our hearing needs.
When I first came to Associated Audiologists I was a patient with Dr. Wise. Was very pleased with the care I received and was disappointed when he retired. I then became a patient of Dr. Laura Flowers. Both Dr. Wise and Dr. Flowers have been attentive to fitting me with the most uptodate hearing device which enhanced my hearing capabilities.
