These people arbitrarily decided that the house assessed value should go up 37%. Nothing has been to the house, no remodeling nothing, so I don't know where they're getting thirty seven percent increase. They didn't come to the door neither.

If they don't think you're home, even if they weren't given consent to walk the full property, they will still trespass and take pictures until you ask them to leave. They are *legally supposed to* stay on public areas (sidewalk, road) unless given consent to assess further. And, no, we were not given a warning.

My dogs are barking like crazy, I look out my bathroom window and there's a guy standing there!!! No phone call, no notice someone will be outside of my window!!! The vehicle does not look familiar, Its a small white suv with 3 letters on it from what I can see. I did not feel safe at all!!! If this is a real legit company assessment, let people know. I was TERRIFIED shaking. This is not fair for the homeowner OR your employee that i was ready to call 911 on. I might have scared him as much as he scared me. That's not right

While executing a simple property tax assessment, the assessor discovered that intimidation tactics work; he was not above raising his voice while sounding flustered and confused and talking over me. The single comparable property used for this assessment was constructed in 1901 - my home was built in 1999. Don’t employ this firm.
