I’m a realtor in Dane County. I had a few questions about an upcoming listing I had. P.J. Rein was so quick to respond. He gave me what I asked for plus additional information he thought might be helpful about the home. I appreciated the quick response and thorough followthrough.
These people arbitrarily decided that the house assessed value should go up 37%. Nothing has been to the house, no remodeling nothing, so I don't know where they're getting thirty seven percent increase. They didn't come to the door neither.
If they don't think you're home, even if they weren't given consent to walk the full property, they will still trespass and take pictures until you ask them to leave. They are *legally supposed to* stay on public areas (sidewalk, road) unless given consent to assess further. And, no, we were not given a warning.
