Decent prices and service but they will sock you with fee, after fee, after fee which make make other appliance companies all in pricing potentially more reasonable and less frustrating
I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house to repair ( or recommend replace) my washing machine. I couldn’t get an appointment for 5 days but scheduled anyhow. I was able to get someone else out much quicker. When I spoke to Associated about 48 hours before my appointment to cancel the appointment, they said it wasn’t enough notice and charged my credit card $130 plus tax. This was their cancellation fee. Support local! I will never buy an appliance elsewhere. Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me repair my washer machine when I was only days away from giving birth and stressed about not having a washer by the time baby came. I called desperate to just get something new off the floor and Dave helped me get the right part and the machine fixed straight away. Unprofessional! They gouge their prices, unethical and unreliable. Not transparent with their quotes and a lot of ambiguity in the diagnosis. Will not recommend to anyone looking for repairs. They are expensive and extremely rude. Violated the terms of our agreement. If I could give them less than a star I would.
