Associated Appliance was established in 1924, we are currently in our fourth generation of the same family. Although we are smaller stores (Stamford, and Monroe, CT), we belong to major buying co-ops, and with $11 billion in buying power, we are competitive with the biggest box stores. Unprofessional! They gouge their prices, unethical and unreliable. Not transparent with their quotes and a lot of ambiguity in the diagnosis. Will not recommend to anyone looking for repairs. They are expensive and extremely rude. Violated the terms of our agreement. If I could give them less than a star I would.
We had a great experience getting a washer replaced by AA, will definitely be using them for our next appliances
We have been loyal customers for ten years because the team at Associated Appliance is always straight with us, tries to make the best deal, and does what they say they're going to do. That includes our most recent replacement of a cracked induction glass cooktop when the Associated team found us the least expense fix. Honesty and customer service mean a lot and they have earned our trust.
Highly recommend Associated for repairs! We had a great experience with Dave Pia to help us with an issue with our dishwasher. He went out of his way to get us what we needed and we would certainly use them again.
