Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me repair my washer machine when I was only days away from giving birth and stressed about not having a washer by the time baby came. Unprofessional! They gouge their prices, unethical and unreliable. Not transparent with their quotes and a lot of ambiguity in the diagnosis. Will not recommend to anyone looking for repairs. They are expensive and extremely rude. Violated the terms of our agreement. If I could give them less than a star I would.
