Awful. I should sue them for malpractice. And their "billing office" is a phone center in the Philippines where an obnoxious rep named Paul refused to give me a Minnesota phone number for the group, had no supervisor to transfer my call to and when I told him I was disputing the bill due to malpractice told me I couldn't because "there's nothing wrong with the bill." Sleazy group. Don't give them your business if you have the choice.
Great doctors. HORRIBLE billing department. After a year of correcting my daughter's insurance information over and over, I still get a collections letter in the mailbox. Insurance never recieved a bill. What is going on how hard can that job possibly be ??
The doctors were absolutely excellent, they were kind and caring so this review does not have to do with the medical care I received. My issue is with their billing group. When attempting to be placed on a payment plan I was directed through an automated system which at no point prompted me to a representative. After a few tries I was able to speak with a person. They were very rude on both of my attempts. They would not allow me to set up a reasonable payment plan, instead they demanded and unreasonable amount. When I reque... read more
Sent NO bill threaten collections made payment in full prior only to find out it was sent to collections negatively affecting my credit. Dreadful awful business practices. Avoid at all possibilities.!@
