Associated alarms installed our system in 2008. Over the years we have had a few service calls and updated contacts and key pad. Today, wonderful Mike came to test the system and replace necessary batteries and contacts. He could not have been nicer, or more conscientious, and was clearly skilled and experienced as he checked out and updated the system. Five stars for sure, and Mike is a keeper!
