I have been using Associated AC for servicing of my home evaporative unit for many years now. They are always prompt and professional. Jeanette who is my usual contact on the phone I always seems well organized and helpful. This week’s service was up to the usual standard.
get around it + no minorities
i went to buy evap pads, and a new remote for my unit, price was quoted, only after a phone call from myself i was informed not all items where included that i needed and had to pay more and also gst was not included in the price quoted. they were even charging an extra 2.2% for credit AND debit card payments which i wasn`t told of till the end. when i was trying to pick up i checked the remote to find it was a dummy unit not a working one! walked out empty handed. be careful here
