On hold FOREVER, after several calls(for months) I was told by a few different employees that they never received a form (which I faxed) so they haven't been paying for my Dr. Visits, which puts me into collections. Clearly, they miraculously found my form after I let them know I'll seek an attorney. WHY can't people just do their jobs?!it's SO frustrating !
