Had an issue where my condo AC stopped working during a heatwave, and the issue was isolated to my unit. Called at 8am and my call was received immediately, with the technician Kal calling only an hour later confirming he was coming, and he arrived shortly after. Kal quickly fixed the issue, made some other small fixes he caught since he was already in the system, and also educated me on the issue and what causes it for future awareness. One of the many companies that had been servicing our condo building. I had a leak in my HVAC in the apartment and email the company. Response was reasonable and followed by a phone call. Managed to get a tech to look over and order the parts. HVAC was fixed a week later. Happy with the service. A recommendation.

We called Associate Air because our condo wasn't warming up, the technician came out within days of the call and identified the problem. The technician gave us options for how to fix the problem, we chose replacement. The replacement was scheduled quickly (considering how long it takes to get new units), was installed as scheduled and the technician left no trace. They didn't leave garbage, they didn't make a mess with their boots. I'm really glad for their help.
