I have now twice been lied to by one of the twins working the front desk. 1- I asked for my medical records for a BCHRT case. I was told I couldn't get my records and my lawyer would have to ask. Dr Duguay finally was contacted. That was a lie and I was given my records. 2 - Dr Duguay said if I ever needed something quick like a legal letter just let front staff know.
