This place is an absolute joke. The receptionist the rudest human on the planet to everyone. You don't even see the doctor, not even sure this is legal what is going on here. My son had severely abnormal test results and his secretary was the one who came in and said everything looked normal. He didn't even come in to go over the results. He doesn't perform the driver's medicals, his secretary does. The secretary NOT a nurse triages you, then goes and talks to him and he will write you a prescription or a req... again.. The receptionist at this clinic is the rudest individual I have spoke with in a long time, she had the people skillls of a rabid dog, I wouldn’t recommend going hear unless you feel like being treated like absolute garbage.

I had an ear infection and went to IDA pharmacy told me they couldn't give me anything for my ear infection and I need to see a doctor which will be almost next to impossible to get an appointment right away or a walk in which almost is non existent . I have decided to see Dr. Manion in Bonnyville and I got the prescriptions/medication I need ,shortly after that I had a serious acid reflux .. went to see Dr. Manions clinic again and I got sent to a lot of lab works just so everything will be checked and eliminate any other c... read more
