Unfortunately they prioritize Rossland people instead of people from Trail, etc. Whenever we would call to make an appointment they would just ask us to go to emergency. We switched to Riverside family medicine and now we love it!
The clinic is amazing! My kids and I always feel welcomed and well cared for. The team is friendly and supportive.
